accidentally killed many groups

Hi,
I accidentally killed many groups.
They are listed in the killed groups buffer.

How can I restore them all together?

If not how can I restore them single one?

If I put
U
it asks me for the group.

I don´t know what to enter.
they are all nnmail groups.
