Dear All, I am very pleased to let you know that a new version of Aeneas has been released. This version is the 1.2 and represents a bug fix of the precedent version.
Aeneas is a 3D semiconductor devices simulator based on MC and hydrodynamical methods/models. It is advanced and reliable. Particles dynamics is consistently coupled to 3D tetrahedra meshes. This is a unique feature for such a simulator. It is possible to download the new version of Aeneas at the following link: www.gnu.org/software/aeneas Remember: Aeneas is a volunteer effort.
