Dear All, I am very pleased to let you know that a new version of Archimedes has been released. This version is the 0.8.0 and represents a bug fix of the precedent version.
Archimedes is a 2D semiconductor devices simulator based on MC and hydrodynamical methods/models. It is advanced and reliable.
