I'm not using deliver but I quickly tested it and it works okay here. Just some ideas to look at: Do the cyrus logs provide some more information? Is your deliver_db corrupt? No, deliver_db is ok. Any info in /var/lib/imap/rpm/db_import.log and /var/lib/imap/rpm/db_export.log? None. Does the server run fine except deliver? Yes. Does it work correct when doing delivery via LMTP? Yes, LMTP works fine, mail is delivered (postfix's main.cf): #mailbox_transport = cyrus mailbox_transport = lmtp:unix:/var/lib/imap/socket/lmtp The problem could be in the cyrus code or in one of the additional patches, maybe you can try a build with AUTOCREATE disabled and test again.
