I have not had time to look at sieve yet. I have several procmail recipes
and want to be able to support those. Sieve may be offered and users can
convert if they want, but i don't want to force them.

If lmtpd/cyrus at that stage does honor a
        |/procmail #account
in ~/.forward, I guess that may be sufficient..
