Appears to be some *Crinum* species.

Here are some extracts from Wikipedia link on *Crinum*:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crinum

*Crinum* is a genus <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genus> of about 180
species of lily <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lily>-like perennial plants
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perennial_plant> that have large showy flowers
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flower> on leafless stems, and develop from
bulbs <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulb>. They are found along the sides
of streams and lakes in tropical and subtropical areas worldwide, including
South
Africa <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Africa>. In addition, swamp
lilies are members of this genus which are cultivated for their attractive
flowers like ornamental plants
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ornamental_plant>.

Several species are used on aquariums
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aquariums>.

*Crinum* leaves are basal, typically long and strap-shaped, with colors
ranging from light green to green.
