I'd guess that very same human (or not) resources that driving release
process for bi-weekly build are now concentrating on releasing a b134
respin that would qualify for 2010.03? release. Splitting attention
between that and another build will only slow down the process for
both.

If I had to bet a money I'd put on b136 coming next, skipping b135
altogether. I personally wait for b137, while b134 works pretty good
for me (touching wood).
