Can someone comment on this bug with respect to the 2010.03 release? I
believe that this represents a serious issue that would severely affect
people wanting to build storage servers using all of the cool new
technology in OpenSolaris.

Subject: status of 6894775: mpt's msi support is suboptimal?
Date: Thu, 04 Mar 2010 09:17:28 -0600
After my recent post "zpool UNAVAIL with mpt timeouts logged", I have
continued to dig into google... and apparently we are hitting 6894775.
This was last updated 30-November-2009:
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6894775
Can someone please comment on the status/progress on this bug?
There is already a very limited set of SAS controller cards that work
well with Opensolaris, and having the LSI-based cards non-functional is
killing the ability to deploy storage configurations.
We intend to incorporate a fix for this into the final builds of 2010.03.
Thank you very much for the commitment to fix this.
My apologies; I misread this. I thought this was another mpt issue,
6908360, which is being addressed. Your issue, 6894775, does not yet
have a fix.
