Those are the builds from which those releases branched.   The actual
final release was a "respin" of that build, in which additional fixes
from later builds were pulled into the branch, and new packages built.

OpenSolaris 2009.06 for instance was build 111b.  2010.03 will almost
certainly be 134a or 134b, making the 134 packages released today a
final test build / first release candidate, to determine what further
fixes need to be pulled in to resolve "show stopper" bugs or to
complete the documentation & translations.
