Work is done in parallel on multiple builds, which are in different phases
of development. Right now 134 is in the final stages of preparation for
external posting (watch for an announcement soon), while 135 is just
finishing the Pre-Integration Testing phase, with final packages due this
morning to the WOS Release Engineers who then work with the IPS team to
generate IPS packages for testing and then posting, and 136 is currently
open for new code commits. Each build cycle is normally two weeks long,
and several of those phases take a week or more, so there is some natural
overlap with different teams working on different builds for their phases.
