At runtime, for one session:
setxkbmap -option "terminate:ctrl_alt_bksp"
In configuration for all future sessions:
Create a .fdi file as described in
http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/desktop-discuss/2009-August/013793.html
but with the "terminate:ctrl_alt_bksp" option instead of the
"ctrl:nocaps" shown
there.
(The configuration file details will change sometime next year as we
move off
the now obsolete HAL framework, but the replacement hasn't yet been fully
decided/designed.)
