Anyone can suggest it to them, but the signal-to-noise ration on this 
list isn't equal for everyone.  I continue to suggest that anyone who 
has concerns about a specific technology should engage directly with the 
responsible community.

Then don't cross-post.  Have the conversation there, send a note here 
pointing to it so that those who might be interested can participate. 
Summarize the recommendations back when you're done.  Community 
development doesn't scale when every conversation tries to involve everyone.

You are of course welcome to post comments here on the distribution, but 
we're also going to continue to suggest directing conversations that are 
clearly in the details of a specific technology (localization, NWAM, 
power management, whatever) to more appropriate community lists.
