Not sure if it's related but I had a couple of old BEs that I couldn't destroy from the process of upgrading to b93 from b91, but I just tried again and I've been able to remove them all.
The only thing I can think has changed is that I've restarted the machine since I did the upgrade - could that free up the old BEs so they can be deleted? No idea on "can't create BE" unless it already exists. Out of interest, will upgrade from b93 going forwards be back to the simple process of: #pfexec pkg refresh #pfexec pkg image-update The process of getting to b91 and b93 contain work arounds for a bug? (sorry, not massively familiar with the dev history on OpenSolaris as yet) I can say b93 has been working like a dream and my instabilities have also gone away - got svn, ant, netbeans, glassfish, mysql, apache22, mod-jk all installed and running without any issues today by just tinkering with it in between my main tasks of the day. cheers everyone, OpenSolaris is an excellent platform! :) -- This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ indiana-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/indiana-discuss
