Is Horde still being maintained?
I have been using it for years and it works well however I need to
build a new server and I can't find any good documentation on centos
8. There is a link to centos 7 install doc which is broken

It looks like this project is dead.

I updated to the latest and now all my activesync devices have
stopped. I see this error:
