It is most certainly settable in my old Horde instance - I tested it.
Right. My reply was supposed to say "no *longer* explicitly
settable". Michael S. can answer more authoritatively, but I'm
almost positive this was changed on purpose.
Correct. This was by design for the reasons that Mike R. has already
discussed.
