Oh, no. After adding my personal S/MIME cert again (all three database records created again), the IMP module cannot be activated again. So, this might be a bug.

BTW: The personal S/MIME cert is not shown in the Webmail GUI after uploading it, even though the GUI says it was imported successfully. This was definitively working with Horde 5.1.x.

Hi again,

just for info: I could solve the issue by manually deleting the existing S/MIME user preferences in the database (three records in table "horde_prefs").

There was no hint about the reason for not activating IMP in the logs (even not in DEBUG mode).

Zitat von Ralf Krüdewagen <ralf-bu...@kruedewagen.de>:

Hi,

after upgrading from latest Horde Webmail 5.1.x to 5.2.0, IMP is not
activated.

I periodically get following PHP error (running PHP 5.5.14):

HORDE: [horde] imp is not activated. [pid 18399 on line 1531 of
"/usr/share/php5/PEAR/Horde/Registry.php"]

HORDE: [imp] Horde_Prefs_Scope::serialize() must return a string or NULL [pid
17712 on line 37 of "/usr/share/php5/PEAR/Horde/Pack/Driver/Serialize.php"]

and the Web GUI box says

   Webmail is not activated.

Any idea?

I already forced an upgrade on all Horde components, e.g. to Horde_Core-2.12.4
etc.

BTW: I also get a lot of other PHP errors, also related to turba:

HORDE: [turba] PHP ERROR: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array [pid 422
on line 66 of "/usr/share/php5/PEAR/Horde/Regist
ry/Loadconfig.php"]

HORDE: [turba] PHP ERROR: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() [pid 15698
on line 89 of "/usr/share/php5/PEAR/Horde/Core/Db
/Migration.php"]

Cheers
Ralf
