The base dragdrop library used is dragdrop2.js, located at horde/js/dragdrop2.js. Then you will also need to look at imp/js/dimpbase.js and imp/js/viewport.js to tweak how the dragdrop code interacts with the actual layout of the IMP pages (doing a grep for DragDrop is useful in these files).
