I also confirm this, switching to utf-8 did nothing.
You say it is fixed in Git, does this mean we can update imp through
PEAR to get these updates? I have tried a moment ago, and it says
"nothing to upgrade".
It has been fixed, but not released yet. It will be fixed as of IMP 5.0.14.
