Maybe a stupid question, but can you tell me what to check?

In /etc/resolv.conf I have only one server, what works fine for so far I
can see. (It's bind on another machine in the network). When I use the
nameserver from the ISP, I have the same problem.

I can resolve names and IP's without problems with nslookup, see attached.
