Hello,
How can I mount my Mercury Classic Digicam 8MB
flash card as a usbfs in Linux? I google-d a lot,
but in vain. DigiCam lcd shows "Mass Storage"
when I connect it to usb port. libgphoto2 is of
no use for "USB mass storage" devices (from the
gphoto2 faq).
Currently I got usb printer, ide cdrom and
writer in scsi mode connected & working on my
Redhat Linux PC. Will the following o/p from
Linux (o/p are partial/selective) be of some help
in under standing my problem?
I am not attaching the command outputs here to
prevent junk in our mailing list. Please be kind
enough to check it out from the following link

   http://www.geocities.com/ajc77in/digicam.txt

I tried all the commands that I got from net. I
am able to use my camera with Windows 2K/Xp PC
without any driver (usb detachable disk). But I
want to use it in Linux. Any help in this regard
will surely boost my morale ;)

Thanks
Ajith
