I dont know about Java/JSP but where I work we dont have to worry too
much about IDE's The HTML is done in Dreamweaver and the perl code is
limited to method calls embedded as ASP tags so nothing gets messed up.
The programmer wouldnt be doing much anyway if he was having to use a
IDE to write his code for a web based application. He is just writing
subroutines nothing fancy like setting up triggers or event handlers.
