Or just use peerdns, add the following to your /etc/ppp/options file
usepeerdns

This creates a resolv.conf in the options directory, then all you need to
do is sym link it to your normal /etc/resolv.conf

ln -sf /etc/ppp/resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf

This gives you whatever DNS your ISP is using at that point in time. Lazy
but works ;)
