Hello Everyone,

We are running a company servicing very prestigious  clients for web hosting, domain registrations, software services etc.

There is no question of any fraud.

We had a major electrical fault and a subsequent network / hardware burnout last week due to which all our operations are stalled.

We hope to normalise by Monday and restart pending deliveries etc.

We hope that everyone concerned understands our position as it is a Force Majaure beyond our control.

Best regards.

Prithu Nath

Dear Mathur saheb,

In future to avoid such kind of incidents, please bring it to the notice of all the concerend members that they must ensure that CDs are only delivered against cash receipt only ie. COD basis. Secondly, if such kind of persons are taking advantage of ILUGD in such an illegal way, then they should be dealt with sternly.

Best Regards,

Malkiat

Hi,

I've received a very serious complaint against Mr Prithu Nath, who
took money from a Linux-Delhi member for CDs and then didn't supply
the CDs.

I'm requesting Mr Nath to clarify his position immediately with regard
to this issue. If he fails to do so, I'm going to ask the member
concerned whether he wishes to prosecute Mr Nath for fraud in a court
of law. In my opinion Linux-Delhi should be the body that takes up
the prosecution, since we provide the CD request service in good faith
and our reputation is damaged when someone misuses it.

I hope that the members of Linux-Delhi would stand behind this move.

Regards,
