As per my knowledge ,There was a big fire(By short circuit) at Mr Prithu Nath Office (Gulmohar Park)
May be because of that he will be unable to send the CD.

Hi,
I've received a very serious complaint against Mr Prithu Nath, who
took money from a Linux-Delhi member for CDs and then didn't supply
the CDs.
I'm requesting Mr Nath to clarify his position immediately with regard
to this issue. If he fails to do so, I'm going to ask the member
concerned whether he wishes to prosecute Mr Nath for fraud in a court
of law. In my opinion Linux-Delhi should be the body that takes up
the prosecution, since we provide the CD request service in good faith
and our reputation is damaged when someone misuses it.
I hope that the members of Linux-Delhi would stand behind this move.
