Hi Manik,

Just boot your system in Linux single mode (Press Ctrl+x when the figure
redhat appears and write linux ssingle) and change the password by giveing
the command "passwd" on the coming prmopt. Then reboot you rserver and try to
login with the changed password.

and i want to change my os to Linux. I live in Ghaziabad, U.P.. Although
i had a 2 cd pack of Red Hat Linux 7.3. But after i installed it on my
system for 3 times it is asking for a user login and password, though
entering the given password it is not accepting it and I am unable to
work on it. Please sent me the solution if u can moreover i had came to
know about knoppix and it's hassle free installation through the net &
visited site (knopper.net) but got disappointed as it is not offering
single cd version for downloading but the 5 cd version.
