Hi! We are looking for multisite CVS.
Requirement: 1> Team A in US working on same project(repository) call it project_ABC. 2> Team B in india working on project_ABC We want to sync the changes made by A or B to our master server repository. Can anyone suggest how we design our cvs setup. As currently they are using ssh to master server for every updation. But this choke our network bandwidth. But if we do once in a day with slave server then some files are conflicting and unable to merge the changes. I tried the CVSup but it is unidirectional. I remember some one wrote the rsync long time back. Please help me if anyone has same setup for cvs. Please give me idea how to implement. Don't give suggestion about commercial tool like clearcase.
