First you export the directory on your Linux server.
Let us say you have dumped RedHat Cds into /export/xxx
then put an entry in /etc/exports

After that start the NFS, if you are running firewall then make sure NFS is
reachable from internal LAN. Then also check the host pattern in /etc/export
file, it should be 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0

Now start the installation in other machine and give the server IP address
and directory name (as /export/xxx)

It should work now.
