Hello, I got a machine running RH 8.0. It got fixed IP from ISP, but no DNS. Can I configure sendmail to send outbound mails from that machine? Default sendmail.cf is not solving the problem. I googled a lot and scanned all of sendmail.org, but no help. Any pointer to configure endmail will be helpfull? Few days back I have reported another problem of network not starting up (error : another machine having the same address). I could circumvent the problem by detaching the LAN cable while the network starts and once it is up, fix it back, It is working now, but I suspect some collision.
