Hello Dear Members, I am new to the list. Wish to be a part of it and will be obliged if anyone can list the requirements to start a mailing list in some city. If I have the things [which are required] I may start it in Kanpur/Lucknow. I hope you all will put your ideas to spread Linux in these cities as well.
