1. Issues to be taken care of and dealt with: (the negative points)
--Support(In-House and External)
--Inertia at the level of the principal, the teacher as well
as the student, resisting the change in technology and curriculum
--Customization/Configuration as per the school's
environment and requirements.
2. The solution to the issues:
--SUPPORT
* Linux-Delhi to take the responsibility to provide support
--commitment from memers. The primary responsibility being of the
person who installs the system in the school. The so called Core
Team shares the responsibility of the same if and when required
* Sarai to take the responsibility for coordination and clearance, so
basically Sarai is the one number to be called for support
* Trouble ticketing system to be developed by Raj Mathur
* Documentation to be followed.

* Free Software toolkit present on Sarai website to be modified and to

* Customized Red Hat Distribution...to be developed by Raj Mathur
* Version Control System...to be developed by Raj Mathur
* Proper Documentaion to be followed
3. Leo Fernandez to provide with the list of Software currently a part
of the syllabus in schools.
4. Tripta to arrange a machine for the testing of the distributions.
