Ashutosh, Put "debug kdebug 7" in th /etc/ppp/options file. That should produce sufficient debuging information in the logs [/var/log/messages, /var/log/secure] as to why the peer is disconnecting the connection.
Post snippets from the logs after turning on this debugging - then we'll have enough information to try and solve the problem.
