hi, > I guess, we are a bunch of people who are on this > list to find and help out > each other in ways to avoid Microsoft Products or > any commercial and promote > Open Source software preferably related to Linux. kapil... i dont think u got my name right... i am neil... maybe u dont remeber me... or mebbe u dont know me(the latter exlains it)... but u asked for it. <excuse me list members> firstly, i am not woring at any company. I am a student and the proxy im trying to get thru is my college gateway so changing it is not an alternative... as for this being a linux list... duh! didnt i say i was trying to get a linux box thru a M$ server? how much more linux does it get? i have changed one of the winboxes in the comp lab to linux and am trying to make it functional... u need more justification? hmm... as for what the list is for... we are not trying to help ppl avoid M$ products... we are trying to help ppl use linux. there is a difference laddy.
