Neil, I guess, we are a bunch of people who are on this list to find and help out each other in ways to avoid Microsoft Products or any commercial and promote Open Source software preferably related to Linux.
If you think your company or you need Microsoft product and find problems in it, you should first check out with Microsoft to solve and sort out your problem rather than discuss on a Linux list. Anyway if you don't have the original product just because pirated product comes cheap, I suggest you to use Squid. It is available on Win NT and it comes free. So you can also avoid piracy.
