I guess the only solution here is that u configure your mail server to
reject bounces sent to non existant mail addresses!!! This shud be possible.
Though i don't think that anything can be done to stop a person from using
mails sent from your domain! The only thing that one can try is to find out
if any open relay is being used by the spammer, and get the relay shut
down..
