I most of the time see that ILUGC promotes installation, usages etc but never influence people to write / contribute free software. (including myself) One question to all ILUGC members: Out of all the members in ILUGC, how many of them are real contributors in terms of code, testing, manuals to the GNU / LINUX or any Free Software projects etc?
