There is Opensource Tool called Bigbluebutton.

You can find the demo from the above link.

Anna University is using it and they are conducting Msc.CS(FOSS) Distance
Education Course through bigbluebutton.

We can do it through online mode, So that all others can Join.
We can conduct Once through Anna university, Then we will see the response
of the People through on-line or through physical.
