Hate to be the bearer of bad news, your logic is flawed. (That's why such an
indicator doesn't exist yet!)
"Once the Charge is full, Please plug-out the power cable. Go Green."
It's greener to run your laptop on electricity than on Lithium-foo batteries.
The longer you run your laptop on battery the sooner your battery will die
and you'll be forced to replace it, causing more Lithium to be mined(exposing
miners and others to harmful elements) and increasing the chance of a lithium
battery not being disposed off properly and ending up in a landfill and
polluting the environment/poisoning wildlife etc.
So it makes economic and environmental sense to run your laptop and other
battery powered devices on the mains whenever you are near a power socket.
This will increase the life of their batteries and thus the device itself.
I request you to remove the line "Once the Charge is full, Please plug-out
the power cable. Go Green." from the website to ensure this untruth isn't
propagated further.
The script itself would be useful for other purposes.
