Hi, Airtel & Reliance are best on PRI services. You need to get a Sangoma/Digium card to connect the PRI to Asterisk/FreeSWITCH server.
Instead of using physical IP phones, softphones can be used. With regard to configuration, read through, experiment and understand it. That is what will help for your organization.
