Dear rajesh, PCI PRI card TE110 you will get from some china vendors for less than 100 $,Digium card will cost you more than 400 $.
When you need to expand ,one options is buy some second hand small configuration PBX and integrate with asterisk server,then you have both analog phones and IP phones.
