Better to go with remastersys or reconstructor. Linux from scratch will
take a lot of bandwidth (amount of time) and resources (disk space for
source code and compilation). You can just take ubuntu change default
themes and settings, add and remove packages, change things as you need and
create a new distro from that. It will take very less time compared to
Linux From Scratch.
