I used system rescue cd, then used fdisk expertmode to arrange device name sequentially. Deleted the existing two swap partitions and now i am able to enter cfdisk. In cfdisk created new boot partition,root partition,swap partition for my arch linux. Now using arch to send this mail :) Here is my current "fdisk-l" output.
