A search for "Fatal error: bad logical partition enlarged logicalpartitions overlap" throws up quite a few links. Looks like others have encountered similar problem. I suppose you tried this already right? (I hope so) The fdisk out put that you have pasted is hard to read. The partition numbers are not in order but if you could rearrange the lines in terms of start/end sectors sorted then it would be easier to spot the problem.
