Definitely participant strength should not be considered as a measure of
quality. There are a lot of factors that influence it.

>From students perspective, the months of March, April and May are tightly
packed with academic works (project submission/review, semester examination
and the like). This will have a considerable effect on the count. And now
it's summer vacation and so the students who are not native to Chennai would
not be available.

Thus considering the count of people as a measure is absurd, unless it drops
drastically. (If the participant/user strength has to be considered the
measure, Windows has to be called the best OS!)
