My apologies for triggering the instigation. We would definitely consider a non CS candidate if he is really passionate about the work, has penchant for technology and has taken extra efforts to learn things on his own. We highly appreciate the enthusiasm to learn, passion and energy one could bring on the board. I'll revise my requirements accordingly.
