This is an indication that you might have connectivity issues. Your internet connection seems to be dropping and reconnecting too often which could have lead to a new IP address being assigned once you get reconnected. Check your cable setup (maybe loose connections, bad cabling, excessive line noise). Try your luck with the BSNL engineers in fixing the problem.
