Yes, I am doing it free, only for the first time (a 60 seat FOSS lab installed with 4500+ packages, requires only 6 hours for me to setup) and further would insist the college/institution to buy our FOSS Lab server, if they decide for a complete FOSS migration throughout the institution (few institutions have already bought our FOSS lab server and currently we are supporting more than 200+ institutions in Tamilnadu). We are targeting about 1500+ institutions across Tamilnadu in implementing FOSS in the next 5 years.
