Google and Facebook should be more or less considered as users of FOSS
, they hardly contribute back to FOSS , only good thing being the
summer of code and other code releases from google which more or less
are heavily aimed at revenue generation . On FB , its the best
"closed" company ever !

Oracle with its take over of sun has invaded into muddy waters . A
slashdot search of oracle will tell you its story .

IBM on the other hand should be appreciated for its kernel
contributions , apache, eclipse and lot other contributions despite
AIX,Websphere, Websphere studio and its other propreitary products .
