Hi, you have understood the term 'free software' in a totally wrong sense.
“Free software” is a matter of liberty, not price. To understand the
concept, you should think of “free” as in “free speech,” not as in “free

'Free software' is a term which emphasizes freedom, rather than just
revealing the source code.
Free Software ensures that a software created by using another free software
should be released as free software. In other words, if you modify a free
software you cannot release the modified version as proprietary software. On
the other hand, Open Source doesn't ensure this.
