Finger prints are unique, and scanners are < $20 and should
suffice for most cases.

If you want something more fancy, palm vein based biometrics
are far more accurate.  Has a false denial rate of 1/10,000 and
a false acceptance rate of 1 in a million.

Had the opportunity of working with both briefly.
