Terribly poor communication - please try to improve else you may never get
useful help. If not comfortable in English you may ask in Tamil also.
What I could decipher - You do not want the user to change the password.
It should remain what was set originally- am I right?
I do not know any solution except setting time limit for password. Use -n
option to set minimum time limit before changing passowrd. Set this limit to
some high value.
